[The Bridge] Japanese payment startup WebPay raises $1.1 million

Tokyo-based WebPay Holdings, a startup providing Stripe-compatible payment processing solutions for web services, announced yesterday that it has raised 110 million yen (approximately $1.1 million) from CyberAgent Ventures and two other undisclosed VC firms.
